In this 10-week course your sleep health status will be assessed and you will be equipped with strategies, a personalised ‘sleep diet’ and coaching support.
The first 2-weeks is dedicated to assessing your sleep followed by 8-weeks of support to help you implement daytime and sleep strategies. The coach support includes two (2)x 1:1 team consultations; 4 x group coach sessions and access to weekly support via a private sleep hacking facebook group.
You will work exclusively with Catharine Nixon ‘The Sleep Whisper’, and, Geraldine Georgeou, one of Australia’s leading dietitian specialists. This course is uniquely designed for those seeking ‘The Road to Healthy Sleep’ and in need of improving overall health and wellbeing.
This program commences with a comprehensive sleep health assessment conducted via a mix of online assessment questionnaires to include a 2-week sleep diary. Your assessment data is reviewed by an registered nurse, medical sleep specialist and dietitian. Following completion of this initial sleep assessment, a personalized sleep report is collated and provided. Your program commences upon completion of your sleep report.
